The development and implementation of ’10 year plans to end homelessness’ by Federal, State and Local Governments.
Increased emphasis on evidence based and cost effective interventions for people who are chronically homeless.
Increased research into the extent of brain injury in the chronically homeless population.
Implementation of supervised permanent residential programs for chronic street drinkers and people with high needs.
